1. Do you have real store to sell these items? or just sell them on the internet?

   No, We specialize in internet shopping only.

2. Any risks if i buy products or items from your sites? How can you prove that your website is safe? Will you secure my credit card information?

3. Payment Inquiry
   We currently support three payment methods, which are Credit card payment (Visa or Matercard).For customers who are using a credit card for the purchase we have set up SSL certificate for the security of their personal details and credit card information.

4. How to track my order?
   If you are a registered member, you can directly log in to the member center (order) to view the latest logistics records.

    Please send us an email with your order number and we shall help you with the tracking details. (Eg. DHL or EMS)

5. About Custom Tax/Duties?
   We offer free shipping service all over the world for all the items. About the custom tax, We usually mark our item as a gift on the Shipping Way bill. So the custom tax is waived off. (conditions apply - depending on your country rules)


6. What If I Want To Order A Lot More? Can you Give Me A Good Quotation?
   Of course, we can get you better prices for large volume orders.
   If you are interested in a quote for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:
    - The products you want
    - The exact desired order quantity
    - Your desired time frame
    - Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes

7.Are your items Authentic?

  All the shoes sold on our site are from Nike factory and we ship are all with its own box.

8.Be charged a bit more.

  Some banks and credit card issuers may charge customers extra international transaction fees even if the credit card is charged in local currency.
 
9.Can I Cancel My Order?
  Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 2 days to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.
