Shipping & Returns
Please read the following terms carefully before you place your order. Our service team will provide after-sale service according to these terms when your transaction is approved.
Orders usually are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date.We use International Express Service for all international deliveries, our service team will provide a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are dispatched. Shipping will take only 7-20 working days to your door.
Our service team will email the customer the tracking no. together with the site where they can track their order after the order has been dispatched.We kindly advise the buyer to check their email or the shipping status of their order from time to time,and contact their local post office when they are available . If the package has been returned to us due to no one signing for it,we will not accept full refund on it. If the customer still want the returned order,then they are responsible for the reshipped freight which is depended on weight of the commodity.
Cancellation & Modification
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately.The order cancellation and modify are accepted within 12 hours ONLY. 10% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
1. If you want to return the products, please contact us within 7 days after receiving it, and inform us the reason for the return. If there are severe quality problems, please kindly show us some pictures of the express receipt and the products which can reflect the defects.
2. Products with serious quality problem can be returned and replaced. We will reship the goods after you provide us with enough proof. However, full refund cannot be accepted.
3. If the products were damaged by human factors, we would not accept the return.
4. Before returning the goods, please ask us for the return address. If the parcel was lost due to the incorrect address,we wouldn't replace your order any more. If your order were returned to us due to incorrect address or nobody signs for it, we won't offer full refund. What's more, we will arrange the reshipment after we receive the returned goods and you should pay for the extra cost.
5. We will not offer full refund if you refuse to sign for the parcel on purpose except we reach an agreement. When we receive the returns, we will refund you but with a deduction of the postage.
1. The goods can be exchanged in the circumstances of un-used and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels.
2. If we send your order in the wrong color, size or style and you want to change it, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Replacement cannot be accepted after 7 days.
3. Before returning the goods, please ask us for the return address. If the parcel were lost due to the incorrect address then we wouldn't replace your order any more.
4. We highly advise you choosing traceable postal or courier service so that we can track the parcel online. What's more, the tracking info will be the proof of our on time reshipment.
5. Any extra cost for the replacement should be on the purchaser, especially the shipping fee.
6. If the product of your order is out of stock on the Wishoes, we will contact you for the replacement. The price of the replacement can be a little higher than the price of your original order, but it should be within 6%.
1. If there is slight flaw with the goods but didn't affect daily use, we will offer partial refund as compensation
2. If you can prove that there are severe quality problems of the products, we can offer you full refund in the circumstances of no replacement.
3. If you don't receive any tracking info of your package after 30 days, we will refund you for the full amount.
Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely.You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.
